The doctors and nurses struggle to save Mrs. Wallace's life as Luis comforts an "upset" Beth. Sheridan makes an emotional promise to a still-unresponsive Antonio. Pilar thanks Sheridan for her actions. Liz begins to make her move and fantasizes about the outcome. Eve and David prepare to have their lives destroyed along with Ivy's as Grace begins to believe Kay. Sam lashes out at Ivy, who struggles to defend herself. Grace wavers as she realizes John would not be her son if what Kay says is true. Kay and Sam are hurt and shocked by what they read into this.

Kay tries to tell everyone about Tabitha being a witch. No one believes her and becomes certain that Kay is wrong about not only Tabitha, but Ivy and David as well. Kay is exasperated when everyone concludes her head injury is making her delusional. Sam apologizes to David and asks a reluctant Grace to apologize to Ivy. Julian and Rebecca celebrate over the news that they will get the damaging information about Theresa as soon as they pay the mysterious informant. Ethan, Fox, Theresa, and Gwen walk in on Rebecca and Julian having one of their kinky intimate moments. The scheming duo covers when everyone wants to know why they have a million dollars lying around. Ethan announces he wants to move out of the mansion right away. In private, Rebecca lets Gwen know she and Ethan should stay. Simone's anger intensifies as she spies on an intimate-looking Chad and Whitney. Eve plans to tell TC the truth about her past, but is stunned to find her husband and Liz in bed together. TC tries to explain what happened to a furious Eve.

Grace discloses her suspicions about Ivy with David and reveals her trust in him. Grace and John share a sweet Mother-Son moment. Ivy tries to make nice with Sam. Sam lets Ivy know that nothing could come between himself and Grace. Tabitha discovers that Kay is to be her new partner in crime. Kay plans to use the evil in the basement to win back her family's trust - and Miguel. Antonio takes a turn for the worse. Pilar stands by his side as Luis comforts a distraught Sheridan. Luis and Sheridan consider leaving Harmony, and Beth vows not to let them go.

Liz subtly tries to cause more problems between Eve and TC. Eve decides to clear her work schedule to make more time for TC and the girls. Antonio's eyes open. However, everyone is alarmed when he doesn't respond and they realize he is still in a coma. Beth prays Antonio stays a vegetable for the rest of his life so she can have Luis. Having recovered from her head injury, Kay once again tries to tell everyone the truth about Tabitha, David and Ivy. Sam begins to wonder if Tabitha really is a witch. Ivy and David fear their lives are about to be destroyed. Tabitha interrupts Kay and privately admits to her that she is indeed a witch. Tabby then shows Kay the sad future that awaits her if she tells the truth.

Grace tries to get Ivy to move out of the house, but Ivy fights desperately to stay. Sam and Ivy have a heart-to-heart talk. Grace sticks to her guns. Ethan comforts Theresa, who is devastated over Antonio not responding to the drug. Fox admires their love. Pilar encourages a still-unconscious Antonio to hold on. Sheridan tries to set Luis free and gives him back his engagement ring. Luis fights to keep them together. Later, Beth urges Sheridan to set him free once and for all. Luis sits by his brother's bedside and finally confesses the truth about everything. Luis begs Antonio to either get better or die, but not to leave Sheridan in limbo.

Ethan and Gwen bond over sonogram pictures of their baby. Theresa comes up with a plan to show Ethan Ivy's true colors. Grace and Sam try to get Ivy to move into a nursing home. Ivy lays a guilt trip on them and admits she has no money. TC lashes out at Eve for putting her job first. Liz comforts an upset TC. Liz opens her heart to an unconscious Antonio. Sheridan pushes Luis away and orders him to move on. To Beth's delight, Sheridan adamantly insists Luis stay away from her and advises him to marry Beth. Ethan and Gwen interrupt the couple, and Gwen pulls her friend aside to comfort her. Luis is blown away when Ethan suggests he abide by Sheridan's wishes and find happiness elsewhere.

Eve continues to try to tell TC the truth about her past. Eve explains that Liz's sister ran away to become a singer and had intended to come back for Liz once she made it big. Liz doesn't believe her sister ever loved her. Julian gives his take on the situation. TC learns a surprising fact about Liz's sister. Kay's actions put her life in grave danger. Tabitha doesn't want to save Kay, but after a little nudge from her guardian angel, she rescues the bratty teen. Beth tries to kill her mother for trying to tell the truth, but Mrs. Wallace's nurse unwittingly saves her life. Ethan blames a stunned Theresa for Ivy's accident and vows to make her pay. Theresa pleads with everyone to believe in her innocence. Sam and Ethan fight to save Ivy's life, but she is pronounced dead. Ivy has an out-of-body experience.

Beth decides to kill Sheridan so Luis can never go back to her. Mrs. Wallace is horrified when Sheridan arrives at the house and Beth picks up a syringe. Unaware of the threat to her life, Sheridan talks to Beth about Luis. Eve asks TC if he could forgive Liz's sister. Julian and David offer Eve their support and encouragement. Liz is not happy with TC's answer. Eve steadies herself to tell TC she is Liz's sister. Tabitha shows Kay what's going on with Ivy. Kay fears she will go to hell, too. Sam struggles to revive Ivy, whose spirit is meanwhile being sucked into hell. Grace is hurt by Sam's feelings for Ivy. Fox begs Ethan to save their mother. Ivy screams for help, but no one can see her.

Simone continues plotting how she'll tear Chad and Whitney apart. Whitney fears her relationship with Simone will end up like Liz and her sister's. Chad thinks Simone is stronger than Whit gives her credit for. Whitney decides to tell Simone the truth, but then makes a frightening discovery. Liz tells everyone about the devastating things that happened to her after she was abandoned by her sister. Eve is horrified by the news. Ivy works to keep Eve's past in the dark for her own benefit. Just as Beth convinces Sheridan to leave town with a comatose Antonio, Sheridan learns her husband has begun to show signs of waking up. Beth is furious. Everyone gathers excitedly as the doctor examines Antonio.

Relieved not to be going to jail, but looking to seek revenge on the Cranes, Theresa plans to give the family fortune away. Julian and Rebecca hope the informant will call soon with the goods on Theresa. Julian balks at Theresa's plan. Miguel and Charity start to work things out, but they are interrupted when Kay has an "emergency". At the cottage, Luis and Sheridan happily celebrate their reunion. Beth plots to kill Sheridan and Luis for the pain they've caused her.

Vowing revenge, Beth sets Sheridan's cottage on fire. Luis and Sheridan find themselves in grave danger as they get trapped inside.

TC is disappointed when Eve gets caught up at the hospital. Liz plays on TC's sympathy to get some attention. Chad and Whitney happily reconnect after he almost gets hurt in the fire. They head back to the recording studio to make love. At the hospital, Eve works on an unconscious Sheridan as Luis waits worriedly. Beth hopes Sheridan will die. Antonio learns what happened and rushes to his wife's side. Everyone wonders who is trying to kill Sheridan. Julian is shocked when he realizes Rebecca's informant is Tom Joyner, a disgruntled ex-Crane Industries employee. Tom holds a gun on Julian, looking to make him pay for his past misdeeds. Rebecca tries to convince Tom not to kill Julian and to go through with their deal. The information about Theresa stuns Julian.

While Sheridan waits for tests to be done, she and Luis spend some time together. Antonio nearly walks in on them. TC and Eve argue over Whitney's future, but then turn to more romantic matters. Meanwhile, Liz gets a surprise visitor from her past. Liz explains her plan to Tom. Chad and Whitney happily celebrate their reunion as they make love. Tabitha sends a clueless Simone to see what Chad is up to at the recording studio. Tabitha and Kay watch the events unfold in a magic bowl of water. Simone gets the shock of her life!

Chad gives Whitney an ultimatum - if she doesn't tell everyone about their relationship, he's taking the job in LA. Whitney reluctantly tells him to take the job. A tearful Whitney runs into Julian, who lends a sympathetic ear. Theresa continues to contribute millions to charity. Ethan is pleased, but Gwen is suspicious of her motives. Rebecca agrees to meet with her mysterious informant to get the goods on Theresa. Grace lays down the law with Ivy. Ivy stands firm as she and Grace face off. As the cottage continues to burn down, Luis frantically tries to free Sheridan, who is trapped under a beam. Beth prays they both die. Luis refuses to leave without Sheridan. Chad, Gwen, Ethan, Theresa, and Fox race down to the cottage and try to put out the fire. They spot the gasoline can and realize someone set the fire on purpose. A surprising hero comes to Luis and Sheridan's rescue.

TC and Eve fight, as Whitney suffers emotionally. TC angrily blames his wife for everything that has happened. Julian and Rebecca worry about whether or not they can get rid of Theresa after all. Theresa forges on with her plans after Ethan gives her good news. Theresa opens her heart to her ex. Gwen warns Fox he doesn't know what his step-mother is really like. Beth finds the perfect new nurse for her mother, but Mrs. Wallace balks after meeting her. Luis and Sheridan begin to tell Antonio the truth. Pilar worries about how Antonio will take the news.

TC berates Eve for destroying all the hard work he put into Whitney's tennis career. Liz eavesdrops, pleased that her sister's life is falling apart. The frustrated couple struggles with what to do next. Beth vows to kill Sheridan if she tells Antonio the truth. Mrs. Wallace taunts her daughter. Theresa announces on live television how she plans to donate millions of Crane dollars to charities. Julian and Rebecca get what they want from Bruce.
