Liz attempts to talk Brian out of racing cars again. She's hurt by his love for Sheridan. At the same time, Sheridan meets with Nick about her debt. Nick makes an indecent proposal. Sheridan is faced with a difficult choice. Simone is stunned after having witnessed a kiss between Chad and Whitney. After Chad walks away, Simone marches up to her sister and slaps her. Whitney tries to explain things, but Simone gives her sister an ultimatum. Whitney pushes Chad away again. Kay gets help from above in her quest to destroy Zombie Charity. Zombie Charity escapes. At the cabin, Theresa is heartbroken to see Gwen in Ethan's arms. Gwen begs Ethan to reconsider going on the run. Theresa orders Gwen out. When Ethan leaves the room, an intense Theresa and Gwen face off.

Tabitha worries about Timmy as she searches for answers. The witch is shocked by what she sees in the magic scroll. Timmy is thrilled by what he finds. Kay frantically looks for Zombie Charity and Miguel. In the cemetery, a dazed Miguel is overcome by Zombie Charity's spell. Kay uses holy water to fend off the evil zombie. Miguel and Kay are grabbed by the undead. Sheridan struggles with her decision and Nick keeps her from changing her mind. Brian can't accept "Diana's" change in character. Liz comforts him. Nick and Sheridan prepare to leave the island together. Theresa begs her unborn child not to come yet. Ethan gets word it's time to go. Gwen begs them to reconsider. Theresa continues to hide what's going on. Ethan and Theresa are delayed. Theresa spews hurtful words at Gwen. Gwen and Theresa face off once more.

Zombie Charity discovers Timmy is at the Over the Rainbow Hotel and conjures up an evil scarecrow to kill him. Tabitha begs for Timmy's life. Timmy strengthens his resolve to save Charity. In costume, Timmy and his traveling partner skip along the yellow brick road to see the Wizard. Angered by Brian and Sheridan's reunion, Nick holds a gun on everyone and demands his money. A violent fight breaks out between Brian and Nick. At the hospital, Ivy worries about Ethan being on the run with Theresa. Rebecca assures Ivy everything will work out in their favor once Theresa dies from the pre-eclampsia. Rebecca refuses to reveal the fugitives' whereabouts to Ivy. Sam and Luis quietly try to find Ethan and Theresa wthout tipping off the guards that the two have escaped. Eve tells Beth an unsettling fact about Theresa's condition -- that it sometimes causes sudden, violent episodes. The two guards, who are waiting to take Theresa back to prison, become suspicious. At the Crane cabin, Gwen tries to convince Theresa and Ethan to get to a hospital, but Theresa won't listen. Ethan tries to reason with Theresa. A frustrated Gwen accuses Theresa of hating her own baby. Gwen is unsettled when she notes a cold glint in Theresa's eyes.

Tabitha is horrified as she watches the evil Tin Man prepare to kill Timmy. Timmy's traveling partner appears to have abandoned him but at the last minute saves the day. Timmy finally finds the Wizard. Kay keeps Miguel in the dark about what really happened at the cemetery. Miguel and Kay go for a walk, and a determined Zombie Charity decides to tag along. Rebecca is upset with Ivy for having told Sam and Luis where Theresa is. Ivy won't let Ethan be hurt. Armed with the truth, the guards prepare to arrest Sam and Luis. TC and Hank distract the guards to help Luis, Sam, and Eve get to Theresa. At the cabin, Ethan and Gwen help bring Theresa's baby into the world. Theresa is filled with love as she gazes at her new son. Theresa's life is in danger.

Timmy and Julian continue on their journey to find the Demon's Horn. After discovering Julian's wallet is missing, they head back to the Over the Rainbow Hotel, but the hotel has mysteriously vanished. Nick fills Stan in on what he's learned about Sheridan. Nick begins to plot a way to be with Sheridan and get his hands on the Crane fortune. Sheridan worries about Brian racing again. Despite a setback, Brian is determined to race. Eve and Sam try to reason with the state troopers to get Theresa and her baby medical help. Theresa and the baby's conditions worsen. Sam and Eve lie to the troopers that they sent Theresa to the cabin to help relieve her stress. The troopers finally relent and allow them to head to the hospital. Pilar prays for Theresa while Rebecca hopes Theresa dies soon.

A terrified Julian enters the ring as the Masked C.E.O. to face off with a pro wrestler named Big Dog. Timmy urges Julian on, reminding him they need to make some cash. As Ivy and Rebecca celebrate Theresa's imminent death, they are shocked by what they see on TV that could wreck everything. Pilar cares for the baby. Luis feels what's happening with Theresa is his fault. Beth tries to comfort him. Luis wants to move forward with Beth. A death row inmate taunts Theresa. Theresa stays in denial, certain Ethan will rescue her. She fantasizes about the future. Ethan comes up with a way to save Theresa.

Julian is close to losing the wrestling match. Timmy saves Julian's life. The ref wants Timmy to wrestle. Timmy and Julian make a run for it. Once he finishes the race, Brian wants to go back to Harmony and introduce Sheridan to his family. Nick and Stan continue to sabotage Brian's car. At her house, Beth hides a photo of Sheridan she took from Luis. Beth is forced to deal with her bitter mother. Meanwhile, Luis admits to Theresa he 's thinking of marriage. Luis and Father Lonigan try to get Theresa to tell the truth. Theresa won't budge and is certain Ethan will save her. Ethan struggles to help Theresa by talking to the Governor. Ethan is shocked by what he learns from Alistair.

Sheridan and Liz grow more anxious as the race time grows closer. They express their worries about Brian driving, but he still insists on racing. A mechanic realizes Brian's car has been tampered with, but Nick and Stan prevent Brian from being warned. Zombie Charity, realizing Timmy is near his goal, prepares to kill him. Tabitha stalls her. Zombie Charity gives Miguel bad news. Kay promises Miguel she'll be by his side during Theresa's execution. Rebecca and Ivy show up to watch Theresa die. The two women acknowledge they will be going head-to-head next for the title of Mrs. Crane. Friends and family say a tearful goodbye to Theresa. Theresa remains confident a miracle will occur. Father Lonigan warns Theresa what will happen if she dies and tries to get her to be honest

As Sheridan drives faster and faster, unaware of the impending danger, Brian risks it all to stop her. Nick worries he may lose any chance of getting Sheridan. Timmy finds the Demon's Horn. Julian and Timmy recoil in fear as a giant serpent emerges from the ground. Tabitha risks her life to save Timmy. Zombie Charity gleefully observes the pain in the viewing room as she pretends to be there for Miguel. As Theresa is injected with the first drug, she wonders why Ethan isn't speaking up to save her. Theresa is horrified to realize she really is going to die. Rebecca gloats while Ivy begins to feel squeamish. Eve reaffirms her resolve to keep her secrets. Father Lonigan comes to a sad conclusion. Whitney realizes how much she needs Chad as he comforts her. The end draws near for Theresa.

Everyone gathers at the Crane mansion, where Theresa lays in a coffin in the living room. Ethan struggles with feelings of guilt. Gwen tries to comfort him and reassure him he did all he could. Luis believes someone set his sister up and vows to get to the bottom of it. Sam is there for Ethan. Miguel pushes Zombie Charity away as Kay gloats. Luis and Beth grow closer. Whitney admits to Chad how much she needs him. Alistair torments Ivy and Rebecca. Ivy and Rebecca are horrified to realize the tape of Ethan shooting Julian is missing. Pilar finds the tape, and unaware of the explosive contents, prepares to watch it. Rebecca and Ivy panic when they spot Pilar with the tape.

Ivy and Rebecca worry about what Pilar might discover about Theresa. Pilar reads the two women the riot act for their actions. A nervous Ivy and Rebecca become unglued. Kay finds something important to Zombie Charity. Simone runs into Kay and confides how badly she feels about accusing Whitney of going after Chad. Kay encourages Simone to go to Whitney. Meanwhile, Chad and Whitney continue to make love at the recording studio. Beth tries to call Luis as her mother puts doubts in her head about his true feelings. Luis struggles with memories of Sheridan and finds himself at her cottage. Luis and Ethan talk about moving on. Both congratulate the other on their new relationships. Sheridan and Liz watch in horror as Brian's race car explodes in flames. Nick can barely contain his excitement as he and Stan hurry off, so as not to be noticed. Brian is raced to the hospital.
