At the hospital, Tabitha and Timmy flee in horror as Norma escapes from the psych ward and hunts them down with an axe. While racing through the corridors, Timmy collides with Julian and Reese. Timmy slips away, but Julian and Reese are hot on his trail, determined to prove the doll is alive. The people of Harmony gather at church for midnight mass. Theresa is startled when Father Lonigan wants to talk to her and Ethan about a baby. Chad reaches out to Whitney. Ivy happily waits for the last piece of her plan to arrive. David is unhappy about hurting Grace. "Charity" hurts Miguel's feelings. Pilar pleads with her daughter not to go through with the abortion. Timmy is unable to turn back into a doll when Julian and Reese catch him. Timmy is overwhelmed with joy as he realizes his Christmas wish has been granted - he's a real boy! Reese and Julian want to dissect Timmy. An axe-wielding Norma corners Tabitha and Timmy as Reese and Julian look on in confusion. Eve and TC are stunned when Julian shows them that Tabitha's doll is alive. Luis is saddened when he doesn't get his Christmas wish. Sheridan wonders why Brian would not go into the church. Pilar still believes Antonio will return. Theresa decides to stick to her original plan. Ethan bonds with his half-sisters and he is touched by their gift. Kay subtly places doubt in Miguel's head about Charity's love. Sam and Grace look to the future. David is enraged by Ivy's latest scheme and wants out.

Luis grudgingly agrees to let Brian see Pilar and informs him that their mother will be at the Crane mansion. Sheridan lends her support as Brian has second thoughts about reuniting with Pilar. At the Crane estate, Luis is troubled by more memories of Sheridan. Tabitha and Timmy hope to crash Ivy's New Year's Eve party by tagging along with the Bennetts. Ivy receives information from her private investigator about Theresa and plans to expose the young woman at the party. Ethan plans on spending New Year's Eve with Theresa, but he is unable to locate her. Meanwhile, Theresa arrives at the clinic to have an abortion. A frisky Julian and Rebecca are humiliated at Ivy's party.

With Sheridan by his side, Brian arrives at the Crane estate to see Pilar. Brian relives a confrontation he had with Julian right before he left Harmony. Unaware that his lost love is nearby, Luis struggles with his grief. Brian and Sheridan share a New Year's kiss. Thanks to Tabitha's evil magic, TC's father appears to his son and insists Julian be killed for ruining their lives. TC is stunned when his "father" states he can provide proof of Julian's involvement in the car accident. Julian confides to Rebecca that he misses having Ethan as his son. At the party, an exuberant Tabitha surveys everyone's pain. David feels guilty as he's forced to go along with Ivy's hurtful scheme against Grace. Armed with a picture of Theresa entering the abortion clinic, Ivy prepares to destroy her. Pilar is horrified when she realizes where her daughter has been. Ivy enlists the help of an unlikely person to expose Theresa.

Timmy is a hit at the youth center party. However, he misses his beloved Charity and decides to go rescue her from the block of ice. A baffled Miguel argues with "Charity." Per Kay's orders, Zombie Charity pulls a shocking stunt to drive Miguel further away. Sheridan is surprised by her familiarity with the Crane estate. Luis and Sheridan almost meet once more. Sam, Grace and Eve try to reason with a distraught TC. Meanwhile, Brian beats up Julian and prepares to kill him. Julian threatens Brian/Antonio and orders him to leave town. Ethan realizes Theresa really is pregnant. Theresa fears everything will come out. Ivy is thrilled when Ethan seems to have figured out that Theresa is carrying Julian's child. However, Ethan comes to the wrong conclusion and is excited that Theresa is expecting.

Sheridan and Brian plan to fly back to St. Lisa's in the morning. Sheridan remains hopeful that something will trigger her memory before she leaves Harmony. After talking with Liz, Brian decides he's tired of running and resolves to put his past to rest. Grace is surprised that Eve has returned to the Crane mansion. A desperate Eve confesses to Grace that Julian is planning to reveal their affair. TC receives another visit from his "father," who urges his son to make Julian pay. Theresa admits that Ethan is not the father of her baby. Ethan and Luis are enraged when they realize Julian got Theresa pregnant. The two men attack a bewildered Julian when he stumbles onto the scene. Ivy and Tabitha separately enjoy Theresa and Julian's downfall. Pilar and Chad try to reason with Luis and Ethan. Julian is stunned when he learns he got Theresa pregnant and races out of the room.

The teens head off to investigate the strange light coming from the cave in the woods. Kay frantically races ahead to make sure Charity hasn't been freed from the block of ice. Meanwhile, Zombie Charity creates a diversion and in the process, puts Miguel in grave danger. Kay is horrified when she sees Miguel struggling in the icy water. Back at the cave, Timmy deliberates over what he should do about Charity. The angel girl ominously hints that Kay's actions will unleash great evil in the future. Tabitha gleefully watches the cat and mouse game being played out at the Crane mansion. She makes sure everyone is properly "equipped" to make things more interesting. Gwen continues to taunt Theresa. Rebecca is enraged by her situation. Chad is baffled by an encounter with Eve. TC continues to be haunted by his "father". Ivy and Julian have a tense confrontation.

Threats are made between old friends. Two people celebrate over someone else's pain. A new couple makes a date. Several people commiserate over their love lives. While some are determined to fight for their relationships, others reluctantly prepare to move on. Harmony's citizens continue to act suspiciously. Tabitha can hardly contain her joy as the murder investigation gets underway. Nearly everyone in town becomes a suspect.

Timmy attempts to help Charity by leading others in the right direction. One schemer is unsettled as she gets to know her new ally. Strange behavior on a flight arouses suspicions. A celebration is cut short when one young woman makes a stunning announcement and declares revenge. The list of murder suspects grows and friends are accidentally incriminated. Several people are questioned.

Zombie Charity uses a fake premonition to steer Miguel towards Kay. As Kay's plan backfires, Tabitha is struck by inspiration. Jessica's suspicions are raised when she catches Tabitha and Timmy eavesdropping. Luis advises Pilar and Theresa on what to say about the night Julian was murdered. Luis reveals to his mother and sister that he regrets falling in love with Sheridan. Doc shares with Liz his theories about the powers of the Bermuda Triangle. Liz has an eerie experience as her past is brought to life. Brian misunderstands Sheridan's actions, nearly causing a horrible mistake.

Sam attempts to comfort Ivy, who is experiencing residual physical pain from her accident. A brief argument arises between the two about the fate of Ethan and Theresa. Ethan and Gwen bond as they recall their past. Gwen offers Ethan her support as he takes care of Sheridan's last wishes. While looking for Luis, Theresa witnesses a strange phenomenon in the Crane pool. Thanks to the power of the Bermuda Triangle, Luis and Sheridan have a magical reunion. Brian and Liz attempt to rescue Sheridan from the sea, unaware that they're taking her away from Luis. At the same time, Hank tries to grab hold of Luis in the Crane pool. Luis and Sheridan struggle to remain together.

At the couples' dance, Zombie Charity repeatedly pushes Miguel and Kay together. Kay reminds a reluctant Miguel that they have to pretend they are on a real date to make "Charity" realize how much she loves him. Once again, Zombie Charity causes a stir. Kelly cozies up to Chad. Ivy has to think fast when TC and Eve overhear her threaten David. Despite Ivy's explanation, TC remains suspicious of a connection between her and David. Sam questions Rebecca about the night Julian disappeared. The would-be Mrs. Crane lands in hot water after Sam discovers her gun. The police chief notices a bullet is missing, and a cornered Rebecca admits to firing her gun. Luis is determined to reconnect with Sheridan and keep her with him this time. A disbelieving Hank tries to reason with his friend. Brian, Doc, and Liz watch with concern as Sheridan fades in and out thanks to the Bermuda Triangle. Liz urges Brian to put what Sheridan wants first.

Grace thanks a guilt-ridden David for being so understanding and respectful of her marriage. Sam catches David and Grace in a compromising position. Rebecca states she knows Ivy's in cahoots with David and plans to prove it. Ivy has her own threats for Rebecca. Sheridan continues to fade in and out. Luis takes drastic measures to keep her by his side. Meanwhile, a devastated Brian laments over losing "Diana." Doc theorizes about how the strange lights in the sky are affecting "Diana" and her lost love.

Chad, Reese, Simone, and Jessica are thrown by "Charity's" behavior. Kay tries to distract an upset Miguel. Zombie Charity does some dirty dancing with her shocked cousin, John. Charity snaps at Miguel to stay away from her. A devastated Theresa tells Whitney it is truly over between her and Ethan. Whitney tries to comfort her and reminds her friend that she has to think about her baby. Ethan admits to Gwen that he still loves Theresa and may even be able to forgive her one day. However, he maintains that he doesn't think they can ever be a couple again. David continues to try extricating himself from Ivy's plan, but to no avail. Grace apologizes to Ivy for cursing her after she lost the baby. Grace's goodness shocks Ivy and makes David hate his blackmailer even more. Rebecca overhears TC ranting about Ivy and the Cranes and realizes she can use him to expose Ivy. Rebecca shares with TC her suspicions about Ivy hiring David to break up Sam and Grace.
