David shocks Grace when he announces he's staying in town after all. Sam is enraged by the news. Charity claims that Kay's book is evil, but Kay manages to cover her tracks. Charity is shaken. Reese accidentally reveals plans for Charity's upcoming surprise birthday party. Pilar and Whitney are worried when they learn Ethan has agreed to forgive Theresa on the condition that she never keeps secrets from him again. Ethan asks Theresa if she's keeping anything else from him. Theresa prepares to reveal she slept with Julian, but she's interrupted. Ivy is convinced Theresa is still lying, but Pilar defends her daughter. Brian chastises Liz for pushing "Diana" into meeting with the departing hotel guest. Brian goes after "Diana" to stop her. Sheridan is excited after Brian admits that Liz suspects she and the hotel guest are each other's lost loves. A friend has bad news for Luis.

Tabitha and Timmy plan to secretly help Kay find the right spell to win Miguel. Charity senses the book of evil once more. Timmy and Tabitha worry when the book makes an unwelcome appearance. David eavesdrops on Sam and Grace. The Bennetts put their romantic plans on hold once more when Sam leaves to lend Ethan his support. When Sam arrives at the Crane estate, he overhears Ivy pledge her love for him. Theresa and Ethan arrive at the Cranes' to sign the annulment papers. Theresa frantically searches the mansion for Julian so she can warn him that Ethan doesn't know they slept together. Julian and Harper are baffled by Ethan's reaction to the whole situation. An ill-informed Julian plans to ask Ethan a disastrous question. Pilar and Ivy argue over Theresa.

Diana has bad memories of being on a boat again. Brian tells her of his home town, Harmony and it jogs Diana's memory and she recalls living in Harmony, but nothing of her past. Kay turns into Charity. Julian fires his gun when Luis attacks him and Theresa falls to the floor. Ivy hopes Theresa is dead, but she comes to. Whitney and Theresa fear that Ethan will leave Theresa if he learns that Theresa slept with Julian during their marriage. Harper warns Julian that he will be murdered if the whole truth about his marriage to Theresa comes out. Julian remains confident that no one will ever learn the truth. Harper warns Julian that if he got Theresa pregnant, the annulment will be invalid. Julian doesn't think it's a possibility as he has no memory of sleeping with Theresa. Eve wants to examine Theresa before she signs the annulment papers. Eve gives Theresa a pregnancy test, which comes back positive. Theresa is shocked to learn that she is pregnant with Julian's baby!

Grace comforts Charity and tries to reassure her that evil is not trying to come between her and Miguel. Charity has a disturbing premonition about Sam and Ivy, but Grace downplays her concern. After casting a spell to make herself look like Charity, Kay puts the moves on an unaware Miguel. Tabitha and Timmy watch with delight as Kay's plan appears to be working. Visiting the gazebo on the Crane grounds brings back memories for Luis as he continues to grieve over Sheridan. After deciding she wants to sail to Harmony with Brian, Sheridan is disappointed to learn he doesn't want to go. An emotional Theresa considers the consequences of her pregnancy. Eve sympathizes with Theresa and encourages her to tell Ethan the truth.

Tabitha and Timmy attempt to find the right spell to help Kay, but they end up making a bigger mess. Kay, who still looks like Charity, hides from everyone. Charity comes face-to-face with evil. Grace and Miguel search for the evil to destroy it. Theresa nearly faints again due to Ethan's questions. Eve tries to persuade Theresa to be honest. Sam tries to get Ivy to leave Theresa alone. Theresa and Julian sign the annulment papers. Luis lashes out at Julian over the way he treated Sheridan. Pilar wonders what her daughter is hiding. Over the phone, Luis tells Liz he plans on taking "Diana" and Brian out to dinner once they arrive in Harmony. Brian unsuccessfully tries to convince Sheridan not to go. Someone recognizes Sheridan at the hotel.

Julian's celebration of being single is cut short by a blackmailing Rebecca, who is determined to become his wife. Doc and Liz discuss Brian's obvious uneasiness about his upcoming trip. Brian broods over his situation. Sheridan is excited about the trip, but wonders why Brian seems so unhappy. Chad encourages Luis to face the facts. A distraught Pilar wants to tell Ethan the truth. Luis worries about his mother's emotional state as Ivy watches her nemesis intently. Whitney tries to be there for Theresa when Theresa expresses her fear that the truth will come out.

Friends and family gather to finish painting the Bennetts' house. Grace stuns Sam when she admits Charity had a premonition of him kissing Ivy. Sam assures his wife it will never happen. David eavesdrops and evokes Sam's ire when he suggests Charity's vision is valid. Tabitha and Timmy drop by the Bennetts' newly rebuilt home to give their neighbors a special "gift." Reese catches Tabitha carrying out an evil plan. Sheridan is thrilled when a picture jogs her memory. Sheridan and Brian prepare for a test sail of the boat, but an uneasy Brian thinks their trip to Harmony will change his life. Pilar struggles with telling Ethan the truth. Ivy listens intently, certain Theresa is hiding something. Ethan and Luis try to comfort Pilar.

Tabitha subtly encourages Kay to continue plotting against Charity. While the teens ice skate at the pond, Kay finds the perfect opportunity to cast another spell. Timmy wishes he could have a normal life. Ethan remains oblivious to Theresa's situation as she ponders what to do next. Chad realizes something is up with Theresa. Pilar tries to comfort Luis, who believes he won't ever get over Sheridan. Pilar receives a shocking phone call.

Luis is stunned when he hears Sheridan's voice on the other end of a phone call. Pilar tries to reason with her son, but he can't be soothed. Theresa and Whitney comfort their distressed friend. Theresa makes a phone call that could affect the rest of her life. The kids wonder where Charity has disappeared to during a game of hide and seek. Meanwhile, Kay gives herself over to the dark side and casts her most evil spell yet. Tabitha is awestruck by Kay's powers. Kay hurries to prevent Miguel from finding Charity.

Theresa shocks Whitney with her decision to have an abortion. When Theresa becomes ill, Beth suggests to Ethan that she might have morning sickness. Ethan has a potential new job. Kay continues her plot to get Miguel with the help of Zombie Charity. Miguel is puzzled by "Charity's" behavior. The kids help Miguel trim the tree at the Lopez-Fitzgerald home. Pilar will not give up hope and prepares for a Christmas homecoming. Luis struggles with his grief as images of Sheridan haunt him. Brian has a troubling dream and realizes he can never go home. Sheridan tells Liz of her dreams and is more eager than ever to get to Harmony. Liz thinks there is something to Sheridan's dreams.

Kay is pleased with how her plan is going. Kay's gift to Miguel makes Simone suspicious. Tabitha informs Timmy that Kay must now do evil's bidding forever. Timmy is horrified by what Tabitha tells him regarding Charity. Pilar is certain that a miracle will happen over the holidays, but Luis is doubtful. Sheridan worries about being disappointed if she travels to Harmony and doesn't find anything out about her past. Brian offers his support and reminds her she'll always have him around. Theresa has a devastating vision of what would happen if she aborted her child, but she still prepares to go through with her plans. Chad thinks Theresa is pregnant. Ethan and Chad shop for toys for the kids at the orphanage.

Tabitha and Timmy are frightened by an angry scroll. The scroll reveals impending conflicts of love. Pilar is confident that Antonio and Sheridan are coming home. Luis struggles to share in his mother's faith. Beth wants Luis back. While sailing towards Harmony, Sheridan has warm memories of Luis and Pilar. Brian is still uncertain about seeing his family. Ivy plans to use a maid from Bermuda to expose Theresa's secret to Ethan. Theresa's surprising reaction to a gift worries Ethan. Whitney, Chad, and Theresa offer support to a jobless Ethan.

As Timmy watches the children carol outside Tabitha's house, he begins to wish that he can become a real boy. When he tells Tabitha what he would like to wish for, she asks him why he wants to live an unnatural life as a human being. She quickly tells him to stop dreaming and start making some MarTimmies. Not wanting to let his wish to be forgotten, Timmy goes on to tell Tabitha that since it is Christmas, a miracle can always happen, making Tabitha chock on her drink when she asks him to stop talking about miracles and becoming a real boy. Tabitha soon starts reminiscing about blowing up Harmony's Christmas tree and kidnapping Santa in Christmas pasts while Timmy continues to dream about becoming a real boy so he can be with Charity. At this point, Tabitha and Timmy see a vision of the pain that is to come to Harmony in the New Year.
