Mason manages to hide Pamela for Keith. Gina threatens to reveal Pamela's identity to Keith, if Mason doesn't tell her where he has hidden her. Tori accuses Julia and Mason of having an affair. Julia tries to convince Pamela to testify by letting her read a love letter, which is written by Eden to Cruz.

Julia feels guilty when she leaves Samantha with a babysitter. Pamela realizes that Samantha is her granddaughter. Jeffrey tells Kelly that his mother will be present at their wedding. Mason tries to convince Tori that he is not sleeping with Julia.

Pamela faints during cross examination. Sophia wants to know from CC why he never told anything about Pamela. Kelly doesn't understand how Elena could hurt Mason so much. A drunken Mason tells Julia that he desires her love.

Tori is still convinced that Mason is lying and that he is sleeping with Julia. Keith and Gina try to find out where Pamela's money comes from. Pamela tells Alex that she can't identify the murderer.

Keith calls Gina to the stand and she testifies that Pamela has received money from CC. Pamela claims that with the money CC tried to get her out of town. Mason is shocked when he hears this. Jake has doubts about his acting career, but Hayley keeps encouraging him.

Julia wants to know from Tori if she is using cocaine. Tori denies. Ted prefers if TJ would go and live somewhere else. Eden is upset, when Cruz asks her to put his affairs in order. Gina asks Pamela for money, but she doesn't get any. Pamela asks Kelly and Jeffrey if after the wedding they want to come and live with her.

Eden and Cain think of a plan so that Cruz can escape. They involve CC and Sophia. TJ asks Ted if he wants to become a co-owner of "The Lair" nightclub, but Ted isn't interested. Gina wants compensation from CC and he agrees. Keith doesn't give Cruz permision to attend Kelly's wedding.

Scott helps Gina to move into the Capwell's guesthouse. Mason isn't pleased to hear that Kelly and Jeffrey might move into Pamela's. Cruz saves Keith's life, when he is threatened by Jesse. Keith now agrees for Cruz to attend the wedding. Pamela tells Alex that they're running out of time, if they want to find the real killer.

TJ buys the nightclub. Scott and Gina go out on a date. Lionel is suspicious when he sees Laken and TJ dance together. Alex tells Pamela that he's in love with her. Kelly doesn't like Pamela much and doesn't want to live with her. CC has his reservations about Cruz's escape plan.

Julia warns Eden and Mason for the implications of Cruz's escape plan. Carmen is afraid that Cruz wil be murdered. CC and Sophia aren't pleased to hear that Pamela invited Kelly for dinner. Mason decides that it is better to keep Tori out of the escape plan. Tori is hurt and decides to leave town.

Sophia suspects that CC is hiding something for her. Julia asks for a transfer because she doesn't want to ruin Mason's marriage. CC blames Pamela for never telling him about Elena. Jeffrey and Kelly go on their honeymoon.

Pamela wants Alex to admit that he was there when Elena was murdered. CC and Mason get into a fight about Pamela. Julia is furious with Mason, because he sabotaged her transfer. Keith finds out there's a tunnel between the Capwell and Lockridge mansions. Reluctantly Kelly agrees to move in with Pamela. At the precise moment that Eden enters the tunnel, Keith blows it up.

Mason wants to tell Tori about his sexual escapades with Julia, but when he hears that Tori has been admitted to hospital he decides to wait for a while. Eden and CC are furious because Keith has told Pearl that Eden is dead. Gina discovers accidentally that Tori uses cocaine. Ted and Laken's relationship goes bust. Keith tries to arrest Cruz, but is knocked down by him.

Kelly is annoyed because Pamela puts her big nose in all of her business. Keith is having bugs placed in Gina's apartment. Cruz and Cain find a piece of parchment in Elena's room. Eden discovers that Cruz is still in Santa Barbara. She wants him to run, but Cruz refuses because he wants to talk with Elena's psychiatrist first.

Scott tries to find out who is selling drugs in town. Gina talks with Tori about her bad experiences with drugs. Cruz and Eden discover that Dr. Schotz has been murdered. Eden is baffled when she finds out that Elena is CC's daughter.

CC's drilling platform is on fire, and the casualties are being transported to the hospital. Tori begs Keith not to tell Mason about her arrest. Mason discovers that the drilling platform is registered in Pamela's name, so she has to pay for the consequences. Kirk ties up Cruz and Eden, and he covers them with gasoline.

Tori decides to sign up for a rehabilitation centre. Cruz manages to free himself, and he attacks Kirk. Pamela want to sue CC. Jeffrey and Kelly hope that she will abandon this thought, but Mason wants her to persevere.

Kirk is being overpowered and arrested. All charges against Cruz are being withdrawn. Cruz tells Alex that Elena killed herself. Pamela thinks about leaving Santa Barbara, but Mason does not want her to set off. Pamela tells Alex that there is no possibility for them to continue to have a relationship in the future. Eden and Cruz are off to Hawaii.

CC complies with Mason and Pamela's demands. Tori brings Chip to Julia and leaves for the rehabilitation centre. She tries to convince Mel to join her. Mason gets drunk during the opening of TJ's nightclub. When Mason insults CC, Ted knocks him down. Pamela and Jeffrey fight about Kelly.

Kathleen impresses Scott on her first day at work. The detective agency receives a very important assignment. Keith buys Gina a Christmas tree and he decorates it. Hayley thinks that TJ has a bad influence on Jake. Gina discovers that she has regained her eyesight, but she does not tell Scott about it. In the mean time, Cruz and Eden are having the time of their lives in Hawaii.

Pamela is very disappointed because Kelly and Jeffrey prefer to go on a skiing trip. Tori is desperate, and she wants to spend the Christmas holidays at home, but Mel talks her into staying in the rehabilitation centre. Pearl is the victim in a robbery.

Cruz and Eden seem to have only minor injuries after the accident. Mason tells Julia that he loves her. CC thinks it's disgusting that Mason puts his marriage at risk. Ted is very upset when Jake and Hayley announce their engagement. Cruz collapses.

Cruz needs surgery at once. Gina sees how Sophia hands over a large amount of money to a mysterious man. CC discovers that Mason and Julia did spend the night together. Keith realizes that Gina has her sight back. Tori and Julia get into a major argument. Gina catches Keith with his secretary.

Lionel offers Pearl a job as manager at Johnny's. Pamela finds out there was malicious intent when her oil rig was blown up. She suspects CC is behind it. Sophia is inconsolable, when she hears how many animals died because of the disaster.

Sophia goes to Arthur's for a nightcap and they agree to go together for the Country Club opening next day. Jeffrey gets a "get well soon" card from Iliana. Sophia and C.C. meet at the bar in Orient Express later and C.C. asks Sophia to come to the opening with him. Sophia tells him that she's going with Arthur and they both say they're sorry. After C.C. leaves T.J. and Buffy McIntire come to the bar and T.J. -once again- harasses Sophia. Heather goes to visit her father and finds Zack there. He leaves and Heather and Arthur argue about Ben. Sophia goes to see Kelly and tell her that T.J. was at the bar with another woman. Kelly gets upset and they argue. T.J. can't get a table reservation from the Country Club as C.C. had promised to Kelly that T.J. wouldn't get in. But then Buffy calls and takes care of it...

Gina wakes up next to Sonny. Arthur and Scott argue about Ben's treatment. Ted promises his father to bring Kelly to the Country Club opening. Tori asks C.C. to give her a job in the Club. Sonny tells Gina that she had been dancing on the tables in a bar last night but that nothing had happened between them. He just had taken her clothes off so she would feel more comfortable to sleep. City Councilor Weiss offers Cruz a job in the area where there's a gang problem. Cruz doesn't know if he should take the job or not. Eden is going to do a story about the homeless people in Santa Barbara. She goes with Amado to meet the friend of his, Critter, in the park. Critter is suspicious but agrees to be interviewed. When Eden's leaving from the park after the interview, a man comes to her and asks for some money for food. Zack arrives and tells the man to leave Eden alone. When Eden comes to the opening, C.C. introduces her to Roland Montgomery, who owns the KSB TV station. After seeing the tape Eden made, Mr. Montgomery tells her he wants her to come work for him. Zack comes to party and as he talks with Cruz and Eden, Cruz gets to know that the man at the park was harassing Eden. Of course he gets upset about that. Gina sees Sonny's birthmark as she tries to take off his jeans.

Cruz and Eden argue about that should Eden tell Cruz the location of the park where she met Critter. Kelly and C.C. are remembering Mason as they watch the old family photos. Mason remembers who he really is while sitting on dentist's chair and he leaves. Gina and Julia come both to look for him to the room but he's already gone. Ming Li is talking with Cain in the beach bar. They're both depressed; Cain because Andrea is out of town and Ming Li because of the threats of the Major. Cain asks Ming Li if something's wrong but she says that it's nothing. They go for a walk together. Mason goes to Capwell Mansion and meets the maid, Pat, there. As Pat is so amazed that she can't get a word out of her mouth, Mason leaves. After that she faints. Kelly comes to her and as Pat wakes up she tells her that Mason is alive. Keith tells Cruz that Eden could be sued if she doesn't tell where she met Critter. Eden goes to meet Critter but instead meets his friend. Eden asks him to tell Critter that she wants to see him. Kelly and C.C. are happy about Mason coming back but they wonder where he left to. Mason goes to Julia's but there's no one there. While he's in the bedroom looking for Julia, Gina comes to door, looking for Mason, but as she doesn't see him she leaves. Ming Li and Kai meet. He wants her to leave with him, but she wants to tell Cain the truth first. Gina tells Keith she lost Mason and they argue about it. Eden tells Cruz that if Critter agrees to talk to Cruz, she'll arrange a meeting between them. Julia comes home and starts to cry. Mason comes in. Julia sees him and can't believe her eyes. They hug each other and start kissing.

Mason and Julia are spending happy moments together. Julia tells Mason that he's no longer prosecuted for Mark McCormick's murder and explains him what's happened while he was gone. Mason says that he doesn't remember anything of the time he was away. Jeffrey comes to meet Kelly at the Capwell Mansion. Kelly says she wants to discuss about the divorce with him but Jeffrey gets angry, says mean things to Kelly and then leaves. Ming Li tells Cain the truth, that she's not his daughter and that Major has been blackmailing her so she'd destroy Cain's life. Critter comes to Eden's house to meet her. Eden asks for Critter to talk to Cruz as he doesn't want to go to police and he finally agrees. Ming Li tells Cain that she's going away so that the Major wont find her, but Cain doesn't want her to do that. He promises to take care of the Major, even if he has to kill him. Lt. Boswell and Cruz talk about the gang problem at the police station. Boswell is angry with Cruz because he wants to solve the problem himself. Cruz leaves and as soon as he's gone, the phone rings. It's Eden. Boswell asks her to give him the message and promises to deliver it to Cruz. So Eden tells him where and at what time the meeting is. Julia, Mason and Samantha go to see the Capwell family at the mansion. Everyone's happy about Mason's return. Major is watching the slides from the Vietnam times when Cain rushes in. He sees pictures where Major and Soo Li are together and demands to know what it means. Cruz finds the note Boswell left for him and leaves to the meeting. As Eden meets Julia at the Capwell Mansion, she tells her that she thinks she's pregnant. They talk about it for a while and Eden leaves to meet Critter. At the meeting place she sees Cruz and tells him the great news about Mason's return. Critter arrives. He's just about to talk to Cruz about Stick's killing when the police come and take him away. He swears he'll revenge on Eden. Major and Cain begin to fight. Cain beats Major up and then leaves to his house where he meets Ming Li. Cain asks for her not to go but she does. Kelly comes to Lair to look for Ted but instead she bumps into T.J. who tries to insult her, as usual. Boswell comes to Eden's house to see Cruz but he isn't at home. Boswell tells Eden that Critter is released from the jail. T.J. and Jeffrey are planning something concerning Kelly (apparently they're going to steal some money from her or something like that). Cruz goes to see Cain to his house, but he gets angry and tells Cruz to leave. Mason asks Julia to marry him.

Gina tells Sonny about Julia, Samantha and Victoria. Sonny says her that he doesn't like the women like Julia. Eden and Cruz are watching the news. There is a story about the hostage drama in which Eden was. Phone rings and Cruz goes to answer. On the phone is someone who'd like to talk with Eden about the story in TV. Cruz tells the person that Eden won't accept calls and hangs up. Soon the phone rings again. This time it's Brent who wants Eden to come to the studio. She agrees. Scott and Heather get to know that Scott's father died in the surgery. Scott gets furious and leaves to find Arthur. After he's left, Arthur comes to Heather. He's very sad about Ben's death and says he did his best. Gina brings Sonny some Mason-like clothes and while he's trying them on she calls Keith, who's out of town. Gina tells him that she's worried about Sonny; she's afraid that Mason might take over again. Cruz doesn't like the idea that Eden's going to the studio. He asks her why she doesn't talk about her feelings but she just says that there's nothing to talk about. Cruz asks her what Critter said to upset her so, but Eden doesn't want to tell him. Eden is going to leave but Cruz wants to take her to the studio by himself. When they're about to leave, Andrea comes to see them. She tells them that she thought she could help Cain by going to the mountains to him, but Cain was drunk and just said some strange things to her. Eden asks her what had happened to her face (Andrea has a bruise on her temple) and Andrea tells her that Cain pushed her and that she fell and hit her head to the table. Cruz says that Cain's had problems since he was in Vietnam and that it's best to let Cain take care of them himself. Andrea says she's going to leave to San Diego to her friends, because she can't stay in Santa Barbara after everything that's happened. Cruz promises to go to Cain's house with her so she can get her things from there. Sonny shows Gina how the clothes fit and Gina is very pleased. They start to kiss and Sonny would like to go further but Gina doesn't so they end up running in the house, Sonny trying to catch Gina...till he hits his toe on the table. Arthur and Heather are talking about Ben when Scott rushes there and starts accusing Arthur and then hits him. Michael comes to them too and starts to defend his father. Scott says that Arthur is going to pay for Ben's death and Arthur tells Scott he's fired. Scott says he doesn't care about that, and swears that he's going to prove that Arthur murdered his father. Then he leaves. Sonny is sure that his toe is broken and wants to see a doctor. Gina tells him that it's very difficult to find anyone who wouldn't recognize him. Eden gets flowers from her workmates and one of them tells her that she's got to the news. Also Lydia congratulates Eden. But Eden's not sure that she's celebrated for the right reason. Lydia tells her to not mind about it. She says that Brent wants Eden's interview to the 6 o'clock news but Eden doesn't want to do it. She says she doesn't think she's the hero, after all it was Critter who took advantage of her. Eden gets a phone call but when she answers, she only hears a man's heavy breathing. Gina goes to hospital and tells a nurse that she needs a doctor for his rich friend. She gives the nurse a list of the names that she says her friend doesn't want to and the nurse promises to try to find someone. Michael asks his father if he could reconsider Scott's firing but Arthur says he won't ask Scott back. He says he's going to suggest the hospital's board of directors that the clinic where Scott was working should be closed. Michael says that Arthur doesn't really care about people. Arthur leaves. Sonny comes to the hospital and as Michael sees him there, Sonny runs away. Cruz is watching Eden's interview on TV at Cain's house. When Eden is about to tell the truth of the hostage situation, Lydia guesses what she's going to do and interrupts her by saying that their time is up. When Andrea comes to the room she leaves a letter for Cain in there. Then they leave to the airport. Lydia and Eden argue about telling the truth to the public. Lydia leaves and Eden is all alone. Suddenly the lights go off. Eden takes quickly her things and leaves. The camera shows how a dark figure comes out of the shadows. Scott and Heather are at Scott's apartment. Scott tells Heather that he's taken care of Ben's funeral arrangements. He cries and still blames Arthur for his father's death. Heather tries to comfort him, but he tells her to go home. Gina takes Sonny back to her home. She tells him that as Michael saw him, they have to begin to carry out the plan right away. Sonny agrees only because of the money. Gina tells him that he can't call her unless it's an emergency and that they can't see each other so often anymore. Eden is home alone when the phone rings. Again the caller doesn't say anything, just breathes heavily. Eden hangs up. Next thing that is shown is Critter on the phone, smiling and not saying anything. Heather doesn't leave Scott but he says he wants to be alone so she finally leaves. Sonny comes to Julia's. [from now on I'll call him that, which one he is in that moment] Julia is happy to see him but wants to know why he limps. Sonny tells her that his toe was broken when he was walking on the rocks on the beach and fell down. Julia suggests that he'd go to see a doctor but Sonny says that he's been there all day. He even shows Julia some pills that he had got from there. Julia asks him why he didn't call and Sonny says that he didn't come to his senses until morning and when he did, he went straight to the emergency room, where he was kept in observation. Michael comes in (Sonny left the door open when he came in). Eden hears some voices from outside and indeed there is someone who is looking at her. Cruz comes home and tells Eden that he was taking Andrea to the airport when the tire went flat, so that's why it took him so long to get back. Cruz and Eden go upstairs and a person behind the window is still watching them...
